- For Russian citizens:

- For foreign citizens and stateless persons:
- Identification document;
- A document confirming the right of the foreign citizen or stateless person to stay (reside) in the Russian Federation;
- A document confirming information about the place of residence (registration) in the Russian Federation or place of stay;
- SNILS (Individual Insurance Account Number)/Information about the SNILS number.
The procedure takes only a few minutes: the operator will take your photograph and record your voice.
