EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK JSCB OJSC offers to its Clients a remote service system (hereinafter referred to as the Client-Bank System), developed by the company Bank Soft Systems (BSS), which automates the document flow and gives access to different information.
The Client-Bank System allows our Clients to settle bank transactions, send official and free documents to the Bank with an opportunity of file enclosure via the Internet without leaving the office. The system is hosted on the Bank’s servers, so that all uploaded documents are stored on the same server. The peculiarity of the system is its convenient user interface.
Once the necessary paperwork is processed, the Client is able to install the Client-Bank System by himself. For this purpose, the Bank provides the Client with all the information and system files.
For all questions concerning account maintenance by means of the Client-Bank System, as well as connection to the system, please contact the Clients Service Department, the Group for Document Service of the Client-Bank System.
