Operation Charge Note
15.1 Commission fees for installation and management of the System
15.1.1 Connection to the System not charged cost of this service is included in the commission fee for account maintenance
15.1.2 Single specialist call in the frame of maintenance services – for System’s installation or reinstallation unrelated to any System’s failure or collapse RUB 5,000 single payment in advance
15.1.3 Single specialist call in the frame of maintenance services – for System’s repeated installation, reinstallation or restoration of collapsed or failed part of the System on the Customer’s side RUB 9,000 single payment in advance
15.1.4 Issuing of session key at Customer’s request RUB 2,000 single payment in advance
15.1.5 Urgent issuing of the digital signature’s key at the Customer request 1 RUB 7 000 one lump prior payment
15.2 Commission fees for installation and maintenance of the System within the framework of managing accounts of Management Companies to account cash resources transferred for payment of investment units, and accounts of Management Companies as trust managers of unit investment trust / non-governmental pension funds, their operations being controlled by specialized depositaries
15.2.1 Connection to the System

• specialized depository 2 RUB 1,000 single payment in advance
15.2.2 Single specialist call in the frame of maintenance services – for System’s installation or reinstallation unrelated to any System’s failure or collapse RUB 5,000 single payment in advance
15.2.3 Single specialist call in the frame of maintenance services – for System’s repeated installation, reinstallation or restoration of collapsed or failed part of the System on the Customer’s side RUB 9,000 single payment in advance
15.2.4 Issuing of session key at Customer’s request RUB 2,000 single payment in advance

2 In accordance with n.n.15.2.1-15.2.4, the payment of services provided to the specialized depository which is not a Bank’s Customer, will be stipulated separately by the parties
