«EuroLink» is a remote banking system providing bank operations via Internet anytime from any convenient place. User-friendly EuroLink interface requires no special skills and experiences providing operation of the system as easy as of any web-site.

Using a reliable protected connection, EuroLink provides from any point of the Earth:

  • ruble and foreign currency transfers;
  • purchase and sale of foreign currency for rubles;
  • account replenishment for payments with banking cards from own accounts open in the same currency as the account replenished;
  • perform transfers from the banking card account to own accounts opened in currency of the first one;
  • receiving statements of accounts (both in rubles and foreign currency) for an arbitrary period of time;
  • receiving an information about credits granted by the Bank, term deposits, bank cards;
  • tracking stages of processing of an electron document sent to the Bank;
  • revoking an electron document transferred to the Bank before its processing by the Bank;
  • individual change of the Password;
  • making an independent registration of the Session key table (Means of confirmation of payment transactions);
  • generating own base of payment receivers and own payment templates;
  • creating own database of payment recipients and payment templates;
  • exchanging free format messages with the Bank including those that require blocking of the Payment Confirmation Means, Password and code word.


In order to provide an information protection, full complex of state-of-art technologies is used in the EuroLink system:

  • Internet-access to EuroLink through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected connection;
  • computer systems of the Bank are set using the newest security guidelines;

The Bank permanently improves remote banking security. Providing you the maximally complete confidentiality of the transactions is one of our key objectives.

In order to provide an information protection, EuroLink system includes the following access means:

  • Login is a unique number sequence entered to the system and providing your unambiguous identification;
  • Password is a secret symbol set, known only to you, used for entry to the system;
  • Payment Confirmation Means are session keys.

In order to counteract fraud under use of remote banking systems, to prevent unauthorized debiting of accounts of physical persons connected to EuroLink system, a SMS-reporting service was introduced in the Bank that informs about completion of any operation with the use of electron payment means.

Attention: When using EuroLink system on public computers, risk of an unauthorized access is increased.

Attention: Should you lose the EuroLink login password or be aware of somebody having an access to your Payment Confirmation Means or of illegal use of the system, please suspend operation of the Payment Confirmation Means and/or Password transferring to the Bank appropriate application personally or through Client Support Service by phone: 8-800-2008-600. Should the Payment Confirmation Means and/or Password be compromised at non-office hours of the Bank, in order to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to EuroLink system, please change your current Password individually.
