Information for customers - users of Eurolink remote banking system


Dear customers – users of EuroLink remote banking system!

Evrofinance Mosnarbank would like to express you its high respect and inform you that, forced to replace the software provider for this remote banking system, the Bank is obligated to announce the relatively long (more than one week) technology pause in the system’s work since 05.07.2019. Entering the system will be impossible (including for queries) and no information previously available in the system will become accessible.

We kindly ask you to consider this information in the planning of operations on your accounts.

The Bank makes every effort to introduce the system provided by other software supplier. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that at the first stage only the web version will be put into operation and the following operations will be available through:

  • transfer of funds in Russian Ruble between your own accounts and to your own accounts opened with other credit institutions;
  • transfer of funds in Russian Ruble to the accounts of other beneficiaries (both legal and natural persons);
  • transfer of funds in Russian Ruble to the Bank’s account;
  • transfer of funds in Russian Ruble to brokerage accounts opened for the customer with the Bank;
  • purchase-sale of foreign currency vs. Russian Ruble;
  • receiving the action log for transactions performed on the account in Ruble and foreign currency;
  • receiving information on term deposits;
  • receiving information on brokerage accounts;
  • receiving information about the processing stage of the digital document sent by the customer;
  • Message exchange with the Bank (with the possibility to attach files).

The information on the web version’s launch will be sent you through sms-message to the phone number you have specified at the connection to the system, and also published in the Bank’s official website and placed in the Bank’s operation halls.

We also would like to draw your attention to the fact that the connection to the system will be realized automatically and will not require to issue any additional documents with the Bank.

We ask for your kind understanding and hope you will accept our excuses for such inconveniences.
