Types of Services Offered to Customers

• Opening of any types of custody accounts required for accounting and transfer of rights to Russian and foreign securities;
• Safe keeping and/or accounting of rights to securities denominated in Russian rubles and foreign currency (including certified securities) of Russian and foreign issuers:
  • Operations with securities using accounts in NCO National Settlement Depository CJSC, Russian banks (VEB, VTB), international depositories (Euroclear) and registrars.
• Securities account management in the form of delivery/receipt of securities versus payment and delivery/receipt of securities free of payment;
• Locking/reserving of securities by orders from clients due to their settlements and other operations with securities;
• Burdening of securities with obligations, performance and accounting of pledge operations;
• Servicing of corporate actions of issuers;
• Securities income payment, repayment of securities;
• Check for authenticity and fitness for use as a financial instrument of certified securities (criminological expertise).
