    Under Federal Law No. 142-FZ dated 02.07.2013 “On Amendments to Subsection 3 Section I Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation” (paragraph 5 clause 3) Evrofinance Mosnarbank will stop maintaining the share register at its discretion since 01.10.2014 and reports that it will transfer the share register to the special registrar, namely R.O.S.T. Registrar, OJSC.

    Reason: termination of independent share register maintenance and the issuer’s making a corresponding agreement with the registrar.
