Svyaz Bank projects starting the book building for secondary listing of series 04 bonds

    Svyaz Bank is going to start the book building for secondary listing of series 04 bonds amounting up to 5 bln rubles on October 20, 10.00 a.m. (Moscow time). The book building closes on October, 23, 6.00 p.m. (Moscow time). The listing is scheduled to take place on October 24. The nominal value of the bonds is 1,000 rubles each. Secondary listing price is fixed at minimum 100% of the nominal value.

    Series 04 Svyaz Bank bonds amounting to 5 bln rubles were listed in April 2012. The co-underwriter of the issue was Evrofinance Mosnarbank. The bonds shall be redeemed before April 13, 2022. Early redemption is possible at the investor’s request and at the issuer’s discretion.
